Sophie Carpenter's S14

Sophie's build was never supposed to go as far as it did. Back in 2019 she was put in contact with me via another customer as her SR20 had a bottom end knock. Originally we had the intention of just repairing her SR to get it back on the road as quick as possible.

However, after being given the go ahead to have a little creative freedom we then decided to take it to the next level and go for a 2JZ swap.

This very quickly spiralled into a "drift build". As well as the engine swap, we gutted the interior and repainted it with the engine bay. We installed a roll cage, Corbeau bucket seats and mounted a hydro. We put it on a brand new set of Tein Coilovers, had the front wings modified to be wider and added a set of 7twenty wheels. 

Sophie's S14 has an unopened 2JZGTE with a single turbo conversion and a 3582 Garrett turbo, but after being tuned by Martin at MB Automotive, we managed to make a crazy 693HP.

She has now had her S14 back for around 3 years and is yet to miss a beat. It has continued to be maintained by us, and will be returning to us soon for an engine refresh and further upgrades. Keep an eye out to see where we take this build in the future.
